At Amateur Hour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your golf apparel purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Final sale, clearance, and customized items (e.g., embroidered or personalized apparel) are non-returnable.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at workmancreation@gmail.com to initiate your return.
You will receive a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
Ship the item in its original condition and packaging to the provided return address.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.
